Land Securities is a FTSE 100 company and the largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in the UK. They own, develop and manage offices, shopping centres and retail parks in the UK.

The brief was to design a series of retail portfolio brochures and inserts showcasing their British shopping centres.

Sandcross School

November 1, 2009

Sandcross are an infant and junior school in Reigate, Surrey. Their mission is to find excellence in every child.

The client brief was to design a 12pp prospectus to promote the school and their 7 aims. The Sandcross graphic element of a speech bubble needed to appear throughout the prospectus in some form. Initially I designed a few cover and spread options to show how this element could work on its own, holding copy and interacting with the photography. They also required full stationery designed.

Commercial Property Clients

Marketing design for commercial property clients including Crossland Otter Hunt, E A Shaw and financial and professional services firm Jones Lang LaSalle.

Jones Lang LaSalle – series of emailers inviting agents to view the newly refurbished office building at 95 Gresham Street.

Crossland Otter Hunt – 28pp completion brochure design for 11 Strand, London.

EA Shaw – Thirty One Great Queen Street A5 12pp brochure design and a pre-completion A2 poster for office space in 7-9 Whitfield Street.

Lumsden at Small Back Room
