Mapped

I was approached by FreshMinds, a recruitment consultancy that specialise in placing top-tier talent into strategic, analytical and commercial roles, to help with creating a new brand for ‘Mapped’.

Mapped is the first numerical, analytical and problem solving testing platform. It’s been built from the ground up to encourage diversity and evaluate the very best graduates.

I created the logo, a brand style guide, website and mobile visuals and a Powerpoint template design.

“I have worked with Charlotte on a couple of branding projects, and the service has always been fantastic. She is a very experienced and creative designer that can create a new brand with very high standards and adjusted to our brief. I would highly recommend using her services, and I can’t wait to work with her again.

The latest project we have worked together on was a challenge due to the limited timeframes and also the type of product. Charlotte followed the brief very thoroughly and presented us with a large variety of options to choose from. Even when we had internal difficulties choosing between the options, she was always open and happy to make changes and try to adapt to our requirements. The final result was a new logo that was very modern with a tech style that helped us to convey our product easily.”

Brighton Yoga Festival

Since moving to Brighton in 2015 I have been working with local companies, one of which is the Brighton Yoga Festival. This year (2016) will see the one-day free festival, now in it’s third year, taking place at the iconic Brighton Dome venue in July.

I have been offering my design services pro bono, so far creating the new logo (in collaboration with festival organiser Stiliana Delcheva) as well as designing posters, adverts and flyers for the festival. It’s great to be involved in a local not-for-profit as well as being able to practice some yoga!

Pavilion Properties Mug

Pavilion Properties

Chris was looking to refresh the logo of his Brighton estate agents, Pavilion Properties. They were venturing out into sales as well as their already established lettings department and wanted to include this within the new logo design.

I simplified the logo by removing the ‘windows’ and changing the line for the A to be more in keeping with the rounded typeface. I also removed the word ‘properties’ from underneath and replaced this with either Lettings or Sales so they would end up with two logos they could use for marketing.

The use of the blue and green to separate out the departments. Where the master logo is used the blue and green merge together to become a gradient.

My design work also included the design of agents boards, a design style for marketing collateral including advertising, flyers and banners.
